L’ORMA International presents a significant opportunity to residents in the European Union through Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. This internship through the Erasmus program will be based in the L’ORMA International office in Milan. The choosen candidate will have a multi-tasking role and be an integral part of the European Divison.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which encourages new or present-day entrepreneurs to gain knowledge from established & experienced entrepreneurs of operating businesses in Participating Countries in Europe. This scheme was launched in 2009 with the aim to boost Europe’s entrepreneurial culture. Since then, the number of applications from new and host entrepreneurs eager to take part in the program has steadily expanded. The program is designed in such a manner that with this support, young entrepreneurs acquire the abilities required to launch and/or operate a successful small business in Europe. For a duration ranging from one to six months, new entrepreneurs associate and share insights and venture concepts with seasoned business owners.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is advantageous to both parties. While the experienced entrepreneur gains new ideas and specialized skills or knowledge in a field that complements their business, the new entrepreneur gains vital knowledge, insights into a business, and experience. This collaboration in the long-term ensures that both parties benefit from wide networking opportunities and possibly continue the collaboration as business partners.

L’ORMA International offers this Erasmus opportunity with the aim to support the development of entrepreneurial skills and build a productive collaboration which provides necessary knowledge & experience to the choosen candidate.

And despite previous experience, the process can feel surprisingly familiar. Almost like starting from zero. New conversations. New explanations. New trust to build. This raises an interesting question: Should international […]
