“You can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped”. We’ve all heard this sentence.
For example, think of a patience who refuses to take the medicine prescribed by doctors, or someone who needs therapy but not willing to participate or someone who doesn’t follow his/her diet made up by dietitians or parents who cannot support the choices made by their children.
We asked ourselves what to do in a situation when it happens to children or teenagers and our answer is: education.
We can say: ‘if you do not want to learn and study, to participate in the classes, just go home.’ Obviously, we cannot do that.
