Il progetto Day in Mountain è una piccola partnership di collaborazione Erasmus Plus della durata di 18 mesi tra quattro organizzazioni partner:
• KARASU GENCLIK, SANAT VE SPOR KKULUBU DERNEGI, Turchia, Sakarya City • L’ORMA Societa sportiva Delettantistica a RL – L’ORMA, Italia, Milano • NGO SPORT VIV, – Croazia, città di Samobor e • Associazione alpinistica TUHOBIC – MAT (Planinarsko društvo “Tuhobic”), Croazia, Rijeka che funge anche da coordinatore del progetto.
Questo progetto è stato pensato per offrire ai bambini e alle loro famiglie la possibilità di riscoprire la gioia di trascorrere del tempo nella natura, per incoraggiarli a fare sport, per diminuire gli effetti negativi della vita sedentaria. La cosiddetta vita moderna ha portato alcune sfide inaspettate che hanno un enorme impatto sul benessere degli esseri umani: passiamo la maggior parte della nostra vita in casa, seduti davanti allo schermo di un computer o di un televisore, dimenticandoci di come essere parte della natura. La mancanza di esercizio fisico porta a molti rischi per la salute come il sovrappeso, l’ipertensione, la depressione e la mancanza di fiducia in se stessi. È stato scientificamente dimostrato che passare il tempo nella natura “ricarica le batterie” e fa bene alla nostra salute mentale. [/ Vc_column_text]
Lo scopo del progetto è quello di consentire ai bambini della scuola materna ed elementare di trascorrere del tempo di qualità nella natura garantendo risorse umane ben formate per guidare tour per bambini nella natura e alpinismo o alpinismo.
Il kick-off meeting del progetto si è tenuto in Croazia a febbraio 2020, dove i rappresentanti delle organizzazioni partner hanno discusso le attività progettuali previste.
Siamo molto orgogliosi di far parte di questa meravigliosa iniziativa che mette al centro una delle nostre priorità, offrendo la migliore esperienza formativa possibile ai bambini, alle loro famiglie e agli insegnanti.
