What matters for us, is the value of the ideas we generate, the value of the projects we carry out, and the value of the connections we create. Our vocation leads us to always look for the best initiatives to bring about positive change and an important impact in the community, locally and internationally.

Every year, we collaborate with tens of collaborators from all over the world, and with tens of Countries from all over the world. It is part of our job to INTER-ACT with different cultures every day, both letting ourselves be inspired by people, and aiming to inspire others. If you are here, it means that you, like us, have already gone through all the pitfalls to end defining yourself as an expert in this field, and you, like us, work hard every day to “be the positive change you want to see in the world”, taking up the words of Gandhi.

But quotes aside, to be successful and create value, together with so much passion, which is the engine driving us every day to do more for the society in which we live, it is necessary to study, research, design, have a fullness of knowledge always growing, be structured, and, above all, have clear objectives to achieve and putting yourself out there.

In fact, finding funds and resources for your organization, as well as developing successful strategies in the organization of quality activities and projects, is not at all simple. It is often difficult to see financial sustainability in the field of euro design, but we are an example of the fact that it is possible.

A fundamental element to achieving success in this field is related to our trusted partners.

Not surprisingly, a key element in the writing and design of the European projects is the structure of the consortia, as highlighted by the Evaluation Committee of the Projects of the European Commission. Whether we are talking about Collaborative Partnership, Small Collaborative Partnership, Capacity Building Youth, or Capacity Building Sport Calls, the structure of the consortia is a key element to be considered. For this reason, we have created the “Mutual Partnership Programme”.

Our promise is to support you in the process of writing and designing European projects, as well as in the phases following the project’s approval. We wish to build a relationship of mutual collaboration, aiming at improving together, every day.

Our workflow involves total dedication during all phases of the development of an innovative project idea.

OUR STORY

L’ORMAinternational is the international Sector of L’ORMA, a professional educational agency working in the field of Sport, Education, and Social Entrepreneurship since 2000, and our strength lies in being experts in these specific fields, maximizing our potential.

We are an established non-profit organization present nationwide for 18 years. Every year, we provide hundreds of educational activities, involving 400 teachers, 60 schools, and almost 6,000 children and families.

Although we operate mainly in the nonprofit world, we also work with dozens of institutions, schools, and private companies providing them educational services.

Over the last 8 years, we have specialized in the designing, writing, and implementation of European projects, always focusing on “our” topics, such as Sport, Education, and Social Entrepreneurship.

We have developed and structured a system to do our work properly and effectively, so now we are ready and willing to share our knowledge with other organizations.

OUR WORK IN NUMBERS

EVERY YEAR…

• We coordinate directly between 8 and 10 new Erasmus Plus projects in the field of Youth / Adult Education / Sport and these numbers are exponentially increasing every year;
• We offer more than 60 international training opportunities to our educational staff;
• We help and support our member organizations to submit projects in every call of the Erasmus Plus Program;
• The success rate of the EU projects of our partners’ organizations increases by 15% every year.

THE MUTUAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

THE CONTEXT

Erasmus+ is a wide program, which started over 30 years ago with intra-European projects to boost internationalization across Europe’s borders. The majority of funding is therefore for European projects or exchanges.

Since 2014, Erasmus+ has expanded the internalization process worldwide. So, the current program is characterized by a strong transnational dimension, supporting projects for cooperation or exchange between Europe and the rest of the world.

We approached the Erasmus Plus Program in 2014, and since then, it has been an exciting and stimulating journey.

We have been able to participate in many youth exchanges, training courses, international mobilities, and long-term projects… and every day we have the opportunity to be engaged in training experiences related to Education, Sport, and Social Entrepreneurship in European projects that are guaranteeing us financial sustainability.

Our first project was approved in 2015, and today we are involved in more than 40 projects due to a gradual and organic increase and growth.

Now we are ready to build our Network, selecting the proper organizations to work with.

WHAT IS THE MUTUAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM ABOUT?

Through this program, we are selecting a few organizations to cooperate with for the designing of new European projects. The program is based on the “Mutual partnership” principle in order to increase the quality and quantity of common projects and initiatives.

With all the members of the program, we will:

• Share useful information regarding the upcoming deadlines of the European Commission;
• Give our support, where needed, in the designing and writing process of the project proposals;
• Give the possibility to be included in the projects we are designing, through specific and exclusive “Call for Partners”;
• Guarantee exclusive invitations to Networking events, and initiatives

ARE YOU SUITABLE FOR OUR PROGRAM?

In order to work at our best, We want to collaborate only with a specific profile of people/organizations.

So, if you believe you have the following characteristics…

• You have previous experience in the Erasmus Plus Programme, but you are tired of collaborating with organizations working superficially or not well-structured.
• You are familiar with “Big Collaborative Partnership” Erasmus+ projects (e.g., “KA2, Sport Collaborative Partnerships, Capacity Building in the field of Youth and Sport,… ”) and you are going to apply for all the upcoming deadlines;
• You are designing and writing many European Projects in the field of Education, Sport, and Social Entrepreneurship, and you are ready to include our organization in the Consortia
