Beyond Projects. Building Alliances for Long-term Impact.

Every European project begins with an idea.

Over time, that idea becomes a partnership, a shared journey, new methodologies, new experiences and new relationships. But once the project officially comes to an end, an important question remains:

What happens next?

At L’ORMAinternational, we believe that the greatest value of international cooperation is not only what happens during a project, but what continues afterwards.

The strongest partnerships continue working together.

The best ideas evolve into new initiatives.

The most meaningful conversations become long-term collaborations.

This belief is at the heart of EUSport LAB 2026, and we are delighted to officially announce that registrations are now open.

A space where projects become future opportunities

The 6th edition of EUSport LAB will take place in Milan (Italy) on 3–4 December 2026, bringing together around 80 organisations and professionals from across Europe working in sport, education, youth, inclusion and social innovation.

Rather than being a traditional conference, EUSport LAB is designed as a place where organisations can exchange ideas, discover inspiring initiatives and build future collaborations.

This year’s theme perfectly reflects this ambition: Beyond Projects. Building Alliances for Long-term Impact.

Because we believe that meaningful impact is created when organisations continue working together beyond the lifetime of individual projects.

What to expect

Over two days, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a dynamic programme combining inspiration, learning and networking.

Highlights include:

  • Stories of Impact, showcasing innovative initiatives from across Europe;
  • Alliance Tables, interactive discussions designed to help organisations identify common interests and future collaboration opportunities;
  • Project Fair, where organisations can present their own European projects, exchange ideas and meet potential partners;
  • dedicated networking moments throughout the event.

Our goal is simple: to create the right environment for conversations that can lead to the next generation of European projects and partnerships.

Participation is free

Participation in EUSport LAB is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.

To preserve the interactive nature of the event, participation is limited to around 80 participants.

Organisations interested in presenting one of their initiatives during the Project Fair are encouraged to register early.

Participants will also have the opportunity to support A Goal To Dream, L’ORMA’s initiative empowering girls living in remote areas of Pakistan through football, education and leadership, by making a voluntary donation during registration.

Join us in Milan

Whether you are looking for new partners, fresh ideas or simply inspiring conversations with organisations from across Europe, EUSport LAB offers an opportunity to look beyond individual projects and start building what comes next.

We look forward to welcoming you to Milan on 3–4 December 2026.

Every time a new European funding call is published, something very predictable happens. Organisations open old spreadsheets. They scroll through previous consortia. They send emails to organisations they haven’t spoken to for months. “Are you interested?” “Do you have capacity?” “Would you like to join?” Within a few days, dozens of conversations suddenly come back […]
