DESCRIPTION

This project aims to promote physical activity and social inclusion by engaging families in outdoor camping activities combined with orienteering. By involving parents and children together, the project encourages an active lifestyle through a shared, enjoyable experience in nature. Orienteering will be used as an educational sport tool to motivate participants to move, collaborate, and explore their environment while improving their physical activity levels in a fun and accessible way.

At the same time, the project integrates awareness on eco-friendly lifestyles and environmental responsibility. During the camping activities, families will take part in tasks that highlight sustainable living and climate-friendly behaviours, linking physical activity with nature protection. By combining sport, family participation, and environmental education, the project promotes healthier habits, stronger family bonds, and greater awareness of sustainability in everyday life.
