FitForKids EU

Erasmus+ Sport – Small Collaborative Partnership

The first meeting of FitForKids EU Project within the framework of Small Collaborative Erasmus + Sport Partnership took place in Copenhagen in February, 2019. We work together with our amazing partner organizations FitForKids DK (Denmark), Vol.To – Centro Servizi Volontariato Torino (Italy) and Aventura Marão Clube AMC (Portugal) to achieve our ambitious goals.

The FitForKids initiative originally comes from Denmark and offers a complex program aiming at increasing the overall health of the family by giving nutritional advice, having physical education and training for children and encouraging them to be more active.
In Italy and in many European countries as well, the lack of doing exercise has resulted in the increase of obesity in children and youth which is a major health problem in developed countries.
FitForKids is a scientifically tested program that has been proven to be very effective and has helped thousands of children and families to live a healthier life.

The heart of the FitforKids program are the training sessions where kids can do exercise in a relaxed and fun environment without pressure, without the fear of being judged.
We are very proud to be part of this program and to be able to contribute to the well being of children and their families.

Who could add real value? Who might already be working on something similar? Who should we contact first? It was a completely normal conversation. In fact, […]
